Order Process
If you are in the horticultural trade you can order from us the following ways:
- Place your order.
- We will send over the Sales order for acknowledgement.
- Please confirm order.
- Customers paying with Credit Card please pay prior to shipping date. First time customers are required to pay with Credit Card.
- Invoices will be sent via email. Please make sure your accounts payable information is up to date with us.
Order Details
Minimum order
- Trays: Please try and order full trays.
- Order Deadline: We would like to have your order in by Wednesday for shipping the following week.
- Substitutions: We will gladly offer substitutions where applicable.
- Payment: We accept checks, MC, Visa, and Amex.
- Credit: Please let us know if you want to apply for credit. We will email a credit application and require 3 references. Credit accounts are net 30.
- Claims: All claims must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Photos that your support your claim will be helpful.
- Our Guarantee: We stand behind our product and will make sure plants are healthy and true to name. Environmental and planting conditions are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the life and productivity of any plant. We will fix any mistakes we make.
